Firstly with mandlnet there are no hidden charges and all prices include VAT. We do not charge extra for features such as MySQL™ databases, HTTP Authentication (Directory password protection), usage statistics, Microsoft™ Frontpage™ extensions or CGI bin.
All support is free of charge via our ticket management system accessed via your account or via e-mail. (Telephone support is expensive to both us and you, by not providing it we can keep our prices low)
Our base package includes most of the features other companies charge extra for.
For example, one hosting company (although there are many more) makes the following (optional) extra charges.
- £31.99 per year Power user package (with 100Mb webspace and free domain name.)
- £15.00 per year HTTP Authentication (Password protected directories)
- £25.00 per year Microsoft™ Frontpage™ extensions
Total cost per year £71.99
Plus VAT @ 17.5% £84.59

With Mandlnet the price you see is the price you pay.
Beware of hosting companies that offer unlimited or un-restricted bandwidth. You will find that bandwidth is expensive, if your site attracts a lot of visitors you may find that you are requested (i.e. required) to find an alternative hosting solution. Always read the small print.
