Administering a Linux based server is no easy task, so we have installed cPanel to assist you.
cPanel is one of the most popular web based server configuration tools available.
With cPanel you can easily:
- View your current usage statistics.
- Configure E-mail accounts, forwards, autoresponders and set up filtering.
- Manage your domains FTP settings, such as allowing Anonymous users.
- Backup your domain and its settings.
- Password protect areas of your site.
- Create custom error pages.
- Add redirections.
- View Web/Ftp stats.

Server Support
Mandlnet do not provide telephone support so we have created our own trouble ticket management system to deal with any problems or questions you may have.
The ticket system is accessed via the My Account section of the site.
Tickets are used to address any problems that you have using our systems, to ask questions and to request any special services. If you have any problems at all, the ticket system should be your first port of call.
