Our servers

All of our servers are quality Dell servers running RedHat Enterprise Linux. The servers specifications range between 1.7Ghz Celeron servers to Dual 2.0 GHz Xeon servers with RAM ranging from between 512mb and 1.5Gb.

We do not overload our servers, they are regularly monitored to ensure the processor usage is not constantly above 90%. When processor usage increases we simply add more servers. This ensures our service remains at the high standards our customers have come to expect.

The servers are hosted in a 65,000 foot datacenter. The datacenter has a redundant UPS, air conditioning generator backup, smoke detection/fire protection system and is under 24/7 remote camera surveillance with security guard patrols.

The datacenter itself is connected to the internet via 14 Gigabit Ethernet links from a number of separate backbones.

We perform weekly backups ourselves of all the data held in user accounts including MySQL databases. If you require a more regular backup, you can perform them manually using cPanel. If you would prefer an automated backup please issue a new trouble ticket and we will be happy to oblige.
